What's Efen?

Yufeng, my given name, means to ride the wind - a wish from my father for freedom and resilience. At twelve, I created the name Efen to carry the ‘fen’ (wind) into English. Today, I carry ‘wind’ as my design philosophy: adaptive, forward-moving, and open to change. In short: Efen = Embrace the Wind.

Since my first UX internship in 2018, I’ve loved finding answers from users and turning insights into design direction.

Collaborative by Nature

From serving as class monitor to trying the PM role, I’ve always enjoyed guiding and working closely with teams.

From 3D to UX to AI and vibe coding, I quickly learn new skills and adapt, while keeping strong academic results.

Beyond Work

Outside of design, I enjoy learning and exploring. I’m currently studying French, love hiking in nature, and occasionally go bowling (though I admit I’m not very good at it). I also like giving back to the community - recently volunteering at Web Summit and SIGGRAPH, where I connected with global tech and design communities.
